  • We offer a 24 hour turnaround on handpiece repairs, providing all necessary parts are in stock.

  • We offer a 3-way insured box collection service for small equipment: We send you a pre-formed box by courier to collect your item; you can pack it while the courier waits or call us when it is ready to collect. We then send the item back to you after the repair process.

  • You can request a repair bag here or call on 01604 777700 and we can arrange the dispatch of your BA Repair Pack.

  • Yes, there is a charge for courier delivery of your product to ensure it arrives safely with you. This applies to new products purchased and the return of your handpieces (repaired or unrepaired) to you from our service department.
